Great Location and Good Food
Our stay was quite pleasant, as the hotel was ideally located in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. The food was absolutely delicious, and there were many options to choose from. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great way to stay connected during our trip.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating. The carpet was worn and the bathroom was small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Super recommendable, our room gave to the square, super well located near the historical center and main square, although it is a place of limited traffic you could arrive with the car to lower and raise the bags, reception was well, you could see the only person very busy with so many check in, they would have to have at least another person to be able to offer a better welcome, best thing of the place: I HAD A CART TO LIFT THE BAGS! SUPER COMFORT! Two separate rooms ideal for family if you want a little privacy from the kids, wide bathtub to be able to bathe the kids IDEAL, antique and preserved decoration but very well maintained, little old and not very hygienic carpet for my taste but a minor detail. All excellent!
Carpet from the rooms, but it's a personal taste.

treatment of the reception staff, four we met, who tried to help us as much as possible with the incidents and super nice cleaning girls. great location.
The Hotel facilities, only has 4 stars for the facade, the carpets are fatal, the curtains of some rooms in this case we took 3 two of them broken, they did not have control of the TV because they had been stolen, in two rooms the toilets were broken not working, the room that had control of the TV did not work. All the staff tried to solve it but there were many, many incidents and in a very short time. There was only one girl for the 100-something rooms that were not enough. The refrigerators didn't work in all three rooms, the walls were scary and cracked. One hurts such a beautiful facade, some employees with desire of working and that not this reformed one neither that they invest in doing a beautiful hotel since the 4 stars have to be for something, as the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Salamanca. the location is unbeatable, right in the center of the historic area. It was so convenient to explore the city on foot and experience its charm. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the room rate. It was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any faults.

Vintage" hotel very economical because of its location. Please do not disturb the reception desk as they have no power to solve anything (they try hard but can't do more= they say there is a maintenance person but I don't know if it is true. Please do not ask for extra pillows or to cool down the air conditioning any more. Nobody gives away euros at the price of old pesetas. It's a luxury hotel from the last century and that's how it's kept. Please don't ask for more (if you want something else, don't book here, you're wasting your time. Large rooms and bathroom. The windows facing the street isolate the real noise. It usually has a bathtub, not a shower. You have to look for the comfort = the hotel is what it is (at that price and so central, especially for the weekend.
Meet the maintenance man (on a Saturday afternoon you can't ask for miracles either.. That the air conditioning cools down more - other hotels also have it at the same temperature and are more expensive.

The staff's attention was correct. We asked for a change of room or some solution to the fateful foul smell of the pipes/conduits and other defects in the room, and they granted the change.
Before I went I checked the reviews, and I usually went with not too high expectations. When you arrive at the room, you find a room similar to that of a hostel or inn, where are the 4 stars? The thing is that to spend 2 days and rest I was worth almost anything, within what fits comfortable. After a while you realize that the plug does not work, and on top of that you only have 1 available for the whole room, so either you go to the bathroom, or you take out the fridge or the TV, the window did not close properly, a smell in the bathroom, because of the drainage of the pipes, which became unbearable... The thing is that if I had paid 20 euros for the room still, I would have an excuse, but on top of that at a price of gold for being S.santa.

It's close to the historical center of Salamanca
Unfortunately you can hear every single word of your neighbors. 4 stars are at least one too much!

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The location is a real winner, as it is super close to the city center, allowing easy access to all the attractions Salamanca has to offer. The staff are attentive and provide basic amenities that cater to your needs. The rooms even come with Spanish TV Channels, which is a nice touch for those wanting to immerse themselves in the local culture. And to top it all off, breakfast is included, ensuring a hassle-free start to the day.
All was fantastic, no improvements needed.

The hotel is in a superb location, just a few minutes walk from the main square and within the heart of the old city. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was adequate and towels and sheets were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were some nice facilities available, such as parking conveniently nearby in a multi-storey carpark.
The hotel lacks maintenance and could use a revamp.
